La Bohème

Adapted from Puccini's Verismo Masterpiece, the Opera describes the Life of Foreign Artists in modern day Vienna. The main element highlighted is Passion, and subsequently how Passion determines their Lives, positively and negatively.  Regardless of their backgrounds, they have all come to Vienna for a similar reason, and that is to achieve their dreams of becoming the best and truest Artists they can be. In this pursuit, they make sacrifices, such as leaving their loved ones and how they must live frugally but also with dignity. This Opera offers a dive into the true world of Artists, not as something brilliant, but fraught with turbulence Behind all the glamour of stardom lies internal and external suffering. Behind the glamour is a path of pain.
